86th Annual Schobermesse
The 86th Annual Schobermesse was a complete success! The weather was beautiful. We had over 200+ people in attendance! Bofferding USA & Ansay International supported the festival with ice-cold Bofferding Beer, Wine, and Cider to quench the thirst of our patrons!
Cover band, ‘DEVON DeLUX’, performed both America’s and Luxembourg’s National Anthems to start the festivities, followed up with two sets of classic rock songs performing well into the afternoon which kept the atmosphere fun, and the festival goers dancing.
The Children’s Entertainment was provided by ‘All About Fun’, which provided games and beautiful face and arm paintings for the children.
The 50/50 raffle, and the Wheel of Meat ended with winners taking home Cash Prizes and Luxembourg Sausage. Also, the Schobermesse Scholarship was awarded to Mike Konopinski, who will attend the University of Illinois! Congrats, Mike!
