DESCRIPTION:Luxembourg Lady of Consolation\nAt the Carmelite Monastery\nPlease join us to celebrate at the mass for our Luxembourg Lady of Consolation at the Carmelite Monastery. \nLOCATION:\nCarmelite Monastery\n949 N. River Road\nDes Plaines\, IL 60016 \nWHEN:\nSunday\, May 11\, 2025\, at 10:00 AM. \nOur Lady of Luxembourg statue will be displayed at the mass.\nMembers from All Sections are invited.\nAfter mass\, there will be a brief meet and greet with the Sisters will follow.\nThere will be a pantry shower for the Sisters to help stock their shelves with non-perishable foods.\nAny canned\, boxed\, or bagged food is welcome.\nFeel free to give an envelope to them with cash or a check at the meet and greet if you prefer.\nThe food can be dropped off before mass at the entrance to the Convent.\nThere will be someone directing members to the door.\nAn optional luncheon will follow at Hackney’s on Lake in Glenview.\nThere members will gather and share stories\, enjoying the company of fellow Luxembourgers.\nHackney’s provides a room\, and everyone orders from the menu and pays for their meal.
